Designed a 3d printable hinge to be compatible with grid beams, where the entire hinge (including the “pin”) is printed altogether as one.

My 3d printer is in disrepair, so I haven’t been able to print and test the model, but I’ll update when I’ve been able to print.

Okay, got a new Prusa MK4S 3d printer assembled, let’s get printing! 
A 2-grid-unit hinge:
Two 1-grid-unit hinges:
- one printed horizontally: to maximize strength
- one printed vertically: to maximize hinge-smoothness
I also made a little video showing them off:

Oh also, I might need to update the design, since the butt of the hinge can’t close all the way.
